2022 Health Service Provider AIR launched

FSRA is encouraging Ontario’s Health Service Providers to complete and file their 2022 Annual Information Return (AIR) early.

This year, the AIR is launching in early February 2023 and the deadline to file and pay the regulatory fee is March 31, 2023.

The information gathered through the AIR helps protect consumers by identifying trends and risks in the sector.

Health Service Providers who do not file their AIR and pay the regulatory fee by the deadline may face enforcement action.
