To help ensure plan administrators take the required standard of care and make decisions that are in the best interest of its beneficiaries, FSRA is proposing updates and changes to the current Pension Plan Administrator Roles and Responsibilities Guidance for consultation.

FSRA invites stakeholders and the public to submit feedback until September 28, 2023.
