Don’t forget to submit your Auto Insurance Attestation by October 31, 2023
On August 11, 2023, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) released the 2023 Annual Auto Insurance Attestation. Under the authority of the Insurance Act, FSRA requires all licensed insurance companies in Ontario writing auto insurance to complete the Annual Auto Insurance Attestation. The insurance company’s CEO or most senior officer responsible for operations in Ontario must attest that the company adheres to Ontario laws.
As a reminder, the signed form must be submitted by email to [email protected] by October 31, 2023.
