The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) would like to remind you about the upcoming deadline to file your 2019 Annual Information Return (AIR) and pay your regulatory fee on August 31, 2020.
All health service providers (HSPs) licensed at December 31, 2019 are required to file the AIR and pay the regulatory fee each year. For more information on the AIR and how to complete it, visit Filing an Annual Information Return.
In June, FSRA announced that the deadline to file your 2019 AIR was extended to August 31, 2020 to provide you with flexibility during this difficult time. FSRA previously extended the deadline to June 30, and this was the final extension for the year. We thank those who have already filed.
